ASAP Administradores is a company exclusively dedicated to the management of Homeowners' Associations with 20 years of experience in the sector.


All our staff have formal academic training for the performance of their duties. This exclusive dedication provides us with the necessary independence to monitor companies that provide other services to the communities and correct, if necessary, any deficiencies that may arise in them. This control, which we carry out by frequently visiting the residential areas and maintaining a constant presence, also facilitates communication between service providers and the administration, resulting in greater agility in solving day-to-day problems.

Additionally, our reports, both accounting and management, aim to provide homeowners with all the information they need quickly, transparently, and truthfully.


At ASAP Administradores, we always work with joint bank accounts with the President of the Community and whenever possible, we conduct transactions online to avoid unnecessary costs while streamlining the payment process to suppliers.

 

We have a lawyer on our team who will resolve any legal questions that may arise, always related to community issues and free of charge.


On the other hand, to be able to handle any incident that occurs outside our working hours, we have a 24-hour emergency service available through a mobile phone. Any serious incident is addressed and resolved with the required speed for each situation. To achieve this, we have partner companies that assist us as soon as we need them.
